Our farm in The Netherlands

Four years ago we bought a small farm in Holland. It is a very charming place, located in one of the very few forestry areas that Holland has left. It's just a 2 minute horse ride into the woods. I enjoy horse riding on one of our Icelandic horses. Five years ago, we bought our first icelandic. When we moved to the farm, we bought another one. Then we had a foal, and soon after bought a very nice mouse grey 3 year old gelding. Then for a year, no family extentions were added, but when we went to Iceland a year ago, we bought four more horses. They arrived in Holland in late September 1999, and are doing very well now. They have a very special colour, so our fields are now filled with colourful horses. This spring, we had a foal from one of the new horses.
